Society for Pelvi-Acetabular Surgeons (SPAS) has been formed to tackle these very challenges and remove any undue hesitation a surgeon faces while encountering such injuries.

SPAS is committed to academic excellence in teaching and research in this complex field. It gives me immense pleasure & honor to introduce this society as the founding president. I am thankful to all members for showing such fervor to lead this academic society.

This year we have planned many academic events which include cadaveric courses, web-based teaching and an annual conference on current concepts in Pelvi-Acetabular Trauma in March 2026.
