Fees are generally non-refundable once a course or service has commenced.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Failed Transactions:<\/strong> If an amount is debited but the transaction is unsuccessful, the amount will normally be reversed by the concerned bank\/payment gateway as per their applicable timelines.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Refund Processing:<\/strong> Approved refunds will generally be processed within <strong>7\u201315 working days<\/strong> through the original payment method, subject to banking\/payment gateway procedures.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Refund Requests:<\/strong> Refund requests must include the user&#8217;s name, registered mobile\/email, transaction ID\/reference number, payment date, amount, and reason for the request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>EduBharat Gurukul reserves the right to modify this policy when required.
